Job Description
Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments
Win new customers
Builds and maintain excellent customers relationships
Negotiate contracts and service agreements
Develop and implements marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
Maintain efficient coordination between customers and headquarters
To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
Identify business opportunities for all company's products
To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
The Successful Applicant
Minimum bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
Have minimum 8 years related experiences in sales, preferably from rotating equipment system turbomachinery background, heavy equipment manufacture or machines
Proven sales track records of winning medium up scale projects especially related with gas turbine and compressors
Excellent set of skills in contract negotiation, terms and condition design and project management
Excellent network with oil and gas, chemical, pulp and paper companies in Indonesia
Very good coordination, organized and communication skills
Strong network, engaging and well aware of local market
