Job Description

• Formulate and execute operational strategies to fulfil company objectives, in collaboration with other divisions.
• Oversee routine store operations, ensuring stellar in-store experiences.
• Elevate the shopping atmosphere with optimal store layouts and compelling visual displays.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Supervise inventory management, balancing product availability and efficient delivery.
• Overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. This includes monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory control measures.
• Managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, security protocols, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• Ideally Indonesian or a foreign national deeply versed in Indonesian culture.
• More than 10 years in Retail or Retail Business Development with keen insight into digital shifts, and international specialty retailing.
• Strong substantial leadership pedigree and operational roles in previous assignments.
• Bachelor's degree from Reputable University, an MBA is advantageous.
• Experience in managing 100 stores across the region.
• Familiar in managing consignment business & Private label.
