Requirements:

• Min experience 4 years in SME Banking (will be advantage lending to FMCG business) or Min experience 6 years in [FMCG sales distribution]
• Demonstrated ability to manage field sales, experience and ability to demonstrate excellent team management operations
• Ability to evaluate costs to determine products pricing for product selling to generate revenue
• Profound understanding of SME Risk 
• Ability to provide credit proposal 
• Demonstrated analytical, strong & effective communication, internal & external interpersonal network skill
• Target & result oriented
• Placement: Jakarta (Hybrid Working)
