Searching for employee candidates, searching, and selecting application letters, and conducting psychological tests to get prospective candidates who meet user requests, through databases, online advertising media, print advertising media, and job airs.
Schedule candidates to participate in the selection process by using email, phone, or other notification media.
Coordination with the user for the process of selection
Managing agreements between companies and employees in accordance with applicable company regulations
Monitoring the probation period or contract of new employees
Establishing relationships with the Manpower Office and the University
Manage and making Budgeting HRD (Recruitment, Training, Conduct TNA and Budgeting for annual training program
Making and Monitoring Annual Man Power Planning for yearly
Supervise and arrange accommodation and transportation for site employees.
Coordinator with Head of Office & mining & construction sites with performance management periodically, organization chart and job description update, and training identification
Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirement.
Manage and implement recruitment strategy including recruitment approval process according to the head count budget, searching, deal an ordinate with recruitment provider, conduct selection and placement for all department in order to fulfil competent human resources for all departments
Ensure the completion of all personnel data and administration related to the personnel databases, absents, leave and training, personnel administration in compliance with procedure and regulation accurately In the HR system.
Develop system, regulation and module management trainee (MT). Foremen Development Program and supervisory development Program for site (On the Job Training, Mentoring Couching and Counselling)
Competency Development reviewing and recommendation for Organization Chart more effective and efficient
Responsibility of result audited external for Department HRD (9001, 14001, SMKP, SMKP, 45001).
Mediate all disciplinary discussions and ensure that they are property documented. Strong reference check skill.
To coordinate with all related Offices (Manpower Ministry, BPJS, etc.)
Qualification & Experience:
Male or Female, age 35-40 years with S-1/S-2 in Psychology from recognized university.
Min 8-10 years proven results of recruitment experience specially in coal mining & Infrastructure Company.
Analytical, Leadership skill, interactive skill, motivation skill sound communication skill in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Will to work flexible time, will to travel at mine sites
Preferred native of Jakarta, DKI. Having strong net working in recruitment media/ agencies like Linked-in, face book, Instagram, Job street, Petromindo etc.
