Develops new and maintains existing sources (vendors/ 3rd parties) to ensure adequate inventories of materials, components, and equipment as needed by related internal teams
Analyze quotations received, schedule and inform the delivery of products, materials, and/or components to related team members
Have good knowledge of procurement material/components in Civil Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Air Conditioner for Hotel Operations
Well-knowledge of Purchase Contract Management with 3rd Party (Pest Control, Building Maintenance, Air Freshener, AC Maintenance, etc)
Prepares orders and follow-up orders to expedite delivery and shipment
Analyzes demand and usage information
Prepares, submits, and may explain periodic reports on areas of responsibility (such as detailed cost analysis, plans, and project results)
Ability to navigate SKU-level negotiation with appropriate supplier contacts
Monitors supplier performance and partners cross-functionally to drive accountability and improve supplier relationships
Vendor Performance Evaluation and Maintenance
Procure to Pay for import materials and coordinate with the logistics department
You'll fit in this job if you:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Preferred Fields: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 Years as Purchasing Staff within similar industries such as hospitality, construction, or facility management is advantageous
Has good knowledge in basic procure to payable, owner estimate, negotiation skills, tendering process, purchase contract management, ERP System
Accustomed to handling the tendering process, and vendor Management
