Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Develops new and maintains existing sources (vendors/ 3rd parties) to ensure adequate inventories of materials, components, and equipment as needed by related internal teams
• Analyze quotations received, schedule and inform the delivery of products, materials, and/or components to related team members
• Have good knowledge of procurement material/components in Civil Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Air Conditioner for Hotel Operations
• Well-knowledge of Purchase Contract Management with 3rd Party (Pest Control, Building Maintenance, Air Freshener, AC Maintenance, etc)
• Prepares orders and follow-up orders to expedite delivery and shipment
• Analyzes demand and usage information
• Prepares, submits, and may explain periodic reports on areas of responsibility (such as detailed cost analysis, plans, and project results)
• Ability to navigate SKU-level negotiation with appropriate supplier contacts
• Monitors supplier performance and partners cross-functionally to drive accountability and improve supplier relationships
• Vendor Performance Evaluation and Maintenance
• Procure to Pay for import materials and coordinate with the logistics department

You'll fit in this job if you:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Preferred Fields: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 Years as Purchasing Staff within similar industries such as hospitality, construction, or facility management is advantageous
• Has good knowledge in basic procure to payable, owner estimate, negotiation skills, tendering process, purchase contract management, ERP System
• Accustomed to handling the tendering process, and vendor Management
