Project Manager

Overview: 
Our client is a manufacturing electrical company. Located at Cikarang, West Java. 

Requirement: 
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferable with Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical background.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience preferable from Automation/Manufacturing bacgkround.
3. Experience to interface, lead and build relationships with multiple levels and functions both Internal and External.
4. Have Capability/Experience with Instrumentation, Control System, PLC and HMI will be preferred.
5. Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving skill and attention to detail
6. Capability on Project Management Skill with Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills, especially across Customer/Countries.
7. Good command in English Spoken and Written.
8. Willing to travel to the customer site across Indonesia.Office Location : Cikarang 

Responsibilities

1. Manage Multiple and Simultaneous projects in Indonesia as per Scope,Schedule,and Budget followed by High level of Customer Satisfication. 
2. Responsible for the success of Project Delivery, be the point of Escalation for the team and Customer on all the issues pertaining to the success of Project.
3. Lead Kick Off Meeting with Customer for Project Execution.
4. Be the partner for Customer’s and their internal technical Teams to resolve issue.
5. Provide Reporting to Management and Stakeholders for Project Update(Progress,Financial)
6. Perform Risk Assesment and Provide Feedback on Potential Issues through site visit and discussion with all stakeholder.
