JOB SUMMARY:

1. General manufacturing management
2. Develop a quality control system to ensure the product fulfills all requirements
3. Lead and manage the team
4. Responsible for the whole unit, from planning to the final product
5. Maintains daily communication with all related Department Leaders
6. Analyze production reports, maintain and control production records
7. Prepare management report

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Language: Able to speak and write in English
• Experience:
• More than 5 years in the production field of the manufacturing industry, or the latest position as Assistant Manager
• Excellent in manufacturing company workflow, including inventory control and production planning
• Understand Kaizen procedure
