• Drive product & portfolio analysis based on the 4Ps (product, promotion, placement and price), and be responsible for the management of external market trends and movements (including competition and customers).
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new projects and businesses from ideation to launch with customers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Communication, Sales Team and Data Marketing Intelligence in preparing promotional calendars, workshops, promotional materials, road shows, expos, articles and presentations to External and Internal.
• Conduct visits to customers together with the Account Manager, to provide Technical Support and establish good relationships with clients.
• Carry out Project Approval, Monitoring and Prioritization on every project that enters the System (Sales Force) and coordinate with the internal team to be able to hand over projects properly to the Sales team so that new business is generated.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering
• Fluent in English both written and verbal. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
• Have product knowledge in flavor ingredients
• Communicative, Initiative and creative
• Willing to be mobile
• Based in Surabaya, East Java
