Job Description

• Responsible for branch office operations
• responsible for achieving sales targets
• provide branch operational reports to the head operational manager and director
• follow up on customer payments
• visit to customer
• Coordinate and monitor the production-distribution activities of the company's operational units
• Evaluate operational reports and company SOPs
• Analyze and participate in developing operational unit production and distribution SOPs
• Oversee inventory of goods/services and location of operational facilities
• Eliminate/reduce operational expenses that are not important/outside standards
• Helps in improving the company's operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• S1/S2 in management/equivalent
• having A&C driving license
• min 5 year experience in the same field & level (preferred in B2B marketing field)
• willing to travel outside the city/island
• leadership, developer, tenacious, diligent, honest, responsible, high work spirit, analytical thinking, negotiation skill and able to work together with team
• understand branch office operations
• max age 39 years
