Job Purpose
Unilever Indonesia is looking for a result driven leader to lead its Nutrition Supply Chain. This role will lead the factory, collaborative manufacturing, long term capacity and innovation planning to achieve end to end supply chain success for the Nutrition category. This role offers exciting opportunities for strategic thinking and executional excellence to accelerate business impact. We are looking for passionate, empathetic leaders capable to inspire, develop, and leadthe team. This role is a critical member of the Business Unit Supply Chain Leadership Team and Nutrition Indonesia LT.
Main Responsibilities
Lead Supply Chain for Nutrition Indonesia Business ~600m Euro Turn Over, report to Nutrition Head of Supply Chain SEA & Indonesia, partnering Nutrition Indonesia Business Unit.
Lead people and activities in the factory, category planning, process and technology, CM (collaborate manufacturing), innovation planning and logistics interface to achieve end to end supply chain success.
Deliver supply chain targets including service, cash, costs, productivity, quality, innovation, OSHE, legal compliance operation, and employee engagement and talent development.
Develop Factory Masterplan based on factory/ site long term strategy, including re-engineering and labor as aligned with business priority. This includes planning for resources development and deployment.
Maximizing the end-to-end supply chain design network and work with brand teams to deliver competitive growth through supply chain operations.
Becoming the culture and change champion. Building a winning culture through relationships and inspire others to deliver continuous improvement.
Implementing continuous improvement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation in product as well as ways of working, cost & service models and the supply chain structure.
Building Future Fit Manufacturing who are operationally strong and consumer focused as the way to deliver sustainable result and improve performance.
Drive digital transformation, including automation, to improve site efficiency and enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Own the sustainability agenda to reduce the environmental footprint.
Review and approve facility plan and audits to address ongoing needs of operation, compliance with governing rules, regulations and leasehold requirements and ensure minimized exposure to environmental risk and hazards.
Ensure site competitiveness through ongoing identification and implementation of value improvement projects (VIPs)
Deliver quality & superiority goals in key cells/brands.
Work with Customer operations to safeguard superior availability through service and being customers partner of choice as well as ensuring Shelf OOS visibility.
Step our impact building GM through all cost times while delivering our sustainability priorities (ie. Net productivity – controlled costs, material costs, 5S, simplification; Inventory, Capex, OEE).
Dial up performance culture while progress Univoice scores especially on engagement, operational effectiveness, and speed and agility.
Ensure the implementation of UMS (Unilever Manufacturing System) in Nutrition factories as per Business Group requirement.
Candidate Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in a Supply Chain role (Manufacturing, Technology, EHS, Quality).
Minimum 3 years working experiences in leading entire factory or Supply Chain, preferably at the Director level.
Experienced in leading labor negotiation, understand Indonesia law/ regulation, has proven capability in managing employee and industrial relations.
Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
Willing to be based in Cikarang Factory, West Java, Indonesia
