Job Description

• Increase company annual revenue through enlarging market share
• Lead team of marketing and overseeing their work performance to ensure business goals are met
• Develop marketing strategies for products that consider customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends
• Determine pricing strategies for new products based on costs of production, research and development expenses, and profit margins
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cash flow for the marketing team
• Review reports on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Develop strategic plan for the business unit to support company goals

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing of pharma company
• Strongly preferred coming from biopharmaceutical background
• Strongly [referred coming from multinational pharma companies
• Sharp commercial acumen, with strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Minimum bachelor's degree (master degree in Business or Marketing is preferred)
