What you’ll do
- Monitor, verify and advise COMPANY that the Project is being built according to Contract approved schedule.
- Monitor schedule performance including quantity analysis and provide feedback to appropriate personnel in COMPANY's organizations
- Review Level-3 schedules provided by EPC CONTRACTOR including identifying critical path, milestones, priority activities and target dates for completion, and provide a summarized integrated Project Schedule.
- Assist ISBL / OSBL EPC CONTRACTOR to develop Commissioning and Plant stop Revamp Schedule.
- Review schedule forecast viability and recommend the resource requirement to achieve the progress
- Provide analysis and recommendations on the critical and near-critical paths including mitigation action
- Monitor that CONTRACTOR provides the required project control documentation.
- Report immediately any change that will affect the project schedule.
- Assist COMPANY to review site mobilization plan and pursue for required mobilization for all manpower / resources / equipment, etc.
- Attend all progress review meetings. The meeting shall be a working session with COMPANY to review progress and schedule related issues and opportunities, to identify actions, and to follow up on previously agreed actions for the Work to be performed and managed. Copies of appropriate progress, and schedule information shall be available for the meeting as required. Review and provide the input to all Project Control Minutes of Meetings
- Chair all Project Control Department meetings including monthly project schedule review and schedule update meetings.
What you’ll have
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Instrument / Engineering
- Has held same position as the proposed PMC position and min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG)
- Has minimum 15 (fifteen) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical Project (i.e., refinery Project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG)
- Has experience in HSE management system
- Has a proven ability to verify successful and timely completion of Project Control with high quality and client satisfaction
- Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized
