Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts within the personal care, home care, or beauty industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and capabilities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling chemical for the personal care, home care, or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in key account management or sales roles.
  • Strong hunter personality with a passion for driving sales and business growth.
  • Experience with surfactant or thickener products is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
