Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overviewing and handling end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operational
Creating programs, SOP, and analyzing organizational effectiveness to enhance production
Becoming a strategic business partner to owners and board of directors, including proposing improvement and development of the organization
Overviewing and ensuring highest accuracy regarding HR operational functions, including employee database, HRIS usage, and recruitment
Maintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such as surrounding communities and government officials
The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 8 years of experience within HR managerial, preferably from manufacturing companies
Fluent in English, both written and conversational - peers will include expatriates
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Proven business partnering & leadership experiences
Deep understanding of labor laws and end-to-end human resources function
Proven track record of strategy creation and implementation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willing to move & relocate to Palembang
