Job Description
Responsible to lead and coordinate recruitment initiatives
Develop annual people performance and training plan aligned with the company's guideline, ensuring proper timeline and policy are in place
Development of compensation & benefit, i.e. Providing advice on C&B policies execution, including salary review
Agent in change management and business transformation
Assuming the role of industrial relations expert, work with unit performance to develop harmonious relationship with employees and surrounding communities
Management of people engagement activities
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner, ideally within a global, dynamic organizations
Excellent communication in English
Good knowledge of HR strategic pillars
Possess strong knowledge in industrial relations and the regulations & compliance related to it
