Job Description
Hospital Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure they meet the set standards and regulations.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the hospital meets standards and regulations, implementing quality assurance programs to improve patient care and safety.
Financial Oversight: Managing the hospital's budget, overseeing billing, and implementing financial strategies to ensure the hospital remains profitable while maintaining high standards of care.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel. This also involves performance evaluation, developing staff skills, and ensuring a high level of employee morale and job satisfaction.
Patient Relations: Addressing patient concerns and feedback, and working to improve the patient experience within the hospital.
Public Relations and Marketing: Promoting the hospital's services to the public and potential patients, managing public relations efforts, and developing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hospital facilities, ensuring that all areas are safe for patients and staff.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced as a Hospital Director in Padang.
Strong charisma and leadership to strongly unite and manage all divisions of the hospital. Comfortable in collaborating with the hospital division heads under the same vision set by the group management.
