Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support product launches, brand awareness campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including promotional materials, digital content, and sales tools.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and compliant.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as digital marketing platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
