To plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate all activities related to Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Strategic Planning functions. This includes overseeing reporting processes and other financial control functions to ensure records comply with financial accounting standards and government regulations. The role involves managing and utilizing funds effectively to support the Company's operations in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. Additionally, it includes facilitating stakeholders in developing business plans and monitoring performance progress according to the business plans approved by Management, both short-term and long-term.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic / Accounting.
• Minimum 13+ years of experience in managing Finance & Accounting area, preferably with 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry
