Job Description

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, investment banks, and financial institutions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks to potential investors and stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuations, and risk assessments.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management and the board of directors.
• Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and oversee integration processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial services
• Proven track record in fundraising and managing investor relations.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• High level of integrity and dependability.
