The Head Costing Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing all costing activities within the manufacturing operations. This role involves leading a team of costing professionals, ensuring accurate and efficient cost analysis, and providing strategic insights to optimize production costs and enhance profitability. The Head Costing Controller collaborates closely with various departments, including production, finance, procurement, and supply chain, to drive cost efficiency and support informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Making Financial & Fiscal Reports.
• Create a Tax Summary Report.
• Controlling the work of Supervisor & Staff.

Job Qualifications

• S1 Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.
• Maximum age is 30 years old.
• Mastering SAP B1 (preferred).
• Understand taxation (VAT and PPH).
• Have experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Understand and experience COGS & COGM.
• Have enthusiasm for work and enthusiasm for learning.
• Honest, thorough & responsible for work.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
