Business Plan Execution: Lead and coordinate the implementation of the plantation-level business plan and work program.
Resource Management: Oversee effective planning, allocation, and utilization of resources to achieve objectives.
Financial Management: Optimize return on investment for projects and capital commitments.
Productivity and Cost Management: Monitor and ensure continuous productivity improvements and cost management.
Land Clearing and Planting: Ensure the success of land clearing and new planting operations, managing nursery operations effectively.
Workforce Development: Supervise and foster a conducive work environment, building a motivated workforce and developing the second layer of management.
Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and develop the Plantation Management team while maintaining industrial harmony.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, manage High Conservation Value (HCV) areas, and oversee risk management, health, and safety action plans.
Candidate Profile: Graduate in Agriculture/Agronomy/Agribusiness, Master's in Plantation Management (preferable), ability to work independently, excellent leadership and communication skills, experience in Indonesia is a plus, expatriate position.
