GEOVIA Learning Experience Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• As Learning Experience Specialist, you will develop and maintain engaging eLearning materials for onboarding and enablement to support the adoption and deployment of GEOVIA solutions and products
• Design and create self-paced learning materials that effectively challenge and engage a wide audience, including employees and business partners
• Update monthly certification reports and quarterly sales enablement reports
• Utilize multimedia elements, interactive exercises, and assessments to enhance online learning experiences and keep them updated with the latest product enhancements
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online learning materials, ensuring technical accuracy and effective knowledge sharing
• Occasionally deliver presentations and webinars related to GEOVIA sales enablement initiatives to partner channels and other employees

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with solid presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Proficient project management skills, including task planning, multitasking, and timely delivery of results
• Experience in designing online learning experiences and working with LMS is a plus
