Job description

Conduct Training for Timezone and Play N Learn Cafe team.

Ensuring the whole Standard Operational Procedures are well-implemented.

Develop new product innovation and existing products of Timezone and Play n Learn Cafe, including the product recipe, ingredients, and equipment to drive sales and profit.

Identify, source, and select suppliers for Timezone and Play n Learn Cafe product development.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Timezone and Play n Learn Cafe, ensuring high quality and exceptional service levels.

Manage the market tests and product/menu architecture to support business goals, sales, and campaign strategy optimization.

Create action plans based on new team members engagement and Guest satisfaction results, addressing areas of improvement, and building on strengths.

Provide forecast and insight based on data analytics to create food order purchases and provide improvement solutions for future implementation.

Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers related to product development (such as raw materials, packaging, etc).

Collaborate and lead cross-functional team to reach project objectives, including but not limited to Operations, Supply Chain, and QA.

Maintain good working relationship and coordination with other related functions to deliver the product strategy information and growth opportunities on a continual basis, such as (Operations, Marketing, etc).

Work closely with F&B head and lead R&D team to manage product testing based on menu strategy & product development results.

Understand the market and consumer behavior to define plan and improvement, drive efficiencies for businesses, and deliver the right product assortment that generates profits.

Evaluate the product and menu performance, including provide insight reports and deep analysis related to annual/seasonal menu and product performance.

Provide forecast and insight based on data analytics to solve the problems/issues and provide improvement for future implementation

Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry in managing product/menu development (hot kitchen).
  • Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
  • Possess solid business acumen and data analysis skills.
  • Have a good relationship/network with suppliers within the Food Industry.
  • Team player with good communication and data analysis skills
