Qualifications

Do you enjoy sales & marketing and love the challenge ofachieving targets? If so, this may be the role for you. As Director ofSales & Marketing at Alila Villas Uluwatu Bali you will head up all sales and marketingactivities and implement the sales and marketing plan in order to achieve (andexceed) hotel targets and revenue. Reporting to General Manager, you will workactively to promote the resort, contract new business and maximize revenues forthe property. You build and maintain great relationships with corporateclients, gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and attendtravel and sales functions as well as a host of other sales relatedactivities.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

• Indonesian citizen
• Atleast 5 years previous sales experience in a 5 star hotel / resort
• Excellentcommunication skills, relationship skills and negotiation skills
• Thriveon working to achieve challenging targets
• Languageproficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia – written and spoken
