You’ll develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase sales and customer acquisition, improve customer retention, and maximize revenue from the hotel.
You’ll establish Marketing & Communications programs that will benefit and support sales and Food & Beverage strategies and initiatives.
You’ll develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
You’ll identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
You’ll analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results.
You’ll monitor all digital marketing channels and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
You’ll monitor all printed materials to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
You’ll maintain good working relationships with local and international media, execute media placements for hotel through news releases and personal contacts.
You’ll coordinate all special events and promotions with the aim to maximize publicity.
You’ll serve as hotel spokesperson, when appointed by General Manager, to make all official statements for hotel to media.
Qualifications
You’ve a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
You’ve a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
You’re detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
You’ve excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
You’ve strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You’re able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
