Manage and drive any transformation strategy is aligned with the wider company vision and market strategic initiatives

Creating and implementing strategies to leverage digital technologies for business growth, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing internal processes

Identifying, evaluating, and integrating innovative digital tools, platforms, and technologies that align with the FMCG industry's best practices. This includes continuously monitoring emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the business.

Establishing KPIs and metrics partnering with business stakeholder to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives. Regularly analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization of digital strategies and processes.

Driving organizational change by fostering a culture that embraces digital innovation. This involves working closely with various departments to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies, providing training, support, and resources to employees, and addressing any resistance to change

Foster collaboration among different departments to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business goals.

Act as a liaison between IT, marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant departments to coordinate digital projects and initiatives.

Harnessing data analytics to derive insights, optimize operations, and improve decision-making across various functions like marketing, sales, supply chain, etc

Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by testing new digital initiatives and fostering a mindset of innovation among teams

Requirement :

At least 5 years of experience in leading DIGITAL / BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION projects in the FMCG industry or similar

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, data science or related field

Strong knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and tools, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, internet of things, e-commerce, social media, etc

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment

Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

Passionate about digital innovation and customer centricity
