CSR Lead

Job Description:

• Manages and monitors social responsibility initiatives and tactics.
• Ensures thorough communication is established and maintained at all levels and with all stakeholders regarding corporate social responsibility objectives and goals.
• Assists in enhancing and maintaining the internal communication strategy for CSR focus areas.
• Assists in creating the CSR Annual Report.
• Understands and articulates the big picture of community relations to explain the rationale and benefits of company community relations commitments.
• Requires more than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrates good leadership skills.
• Has extensive experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, and networking with stakeholders.
• Proficient in dealing with government entities and networking with stakeholders.
