Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive research on Indonesian market practices related to operations in auto finance.
• Design and optimize operational processes while establishing internal operational rules.
• Manage communication and contracts with vendors and outsourcing service providers.
• Facilitate the sourcing of manpower specific to organizational tasks.
• Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 15 years of total related experience, with at least 7 years in the Multi Finance industry.
• Experience and knowledge in loan origination.
• Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in Multi Finance, Captive auto finance experience is preferred.
