• Provide strategic and creative direction for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience preferences
• Conceptualize and oversee the execution of compelling 360 advertising campaigns across various mediums, including digital, print, and video
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all creative assets
• Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate feedback to optimize creative strategies and improve results
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform creative decisions and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in a creative leadership role, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns and leading high-performing teams. Will be more preferred for experienced as Procurement Manager in Event Organizer or Advertising Agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums, with a focus on strategic thinking, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies
• Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into effective creative solutions
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries to deliver groundbreaking work that resonates with audiences and drives results
• An awareness of current trends in advertising and design
• Skills in managing people, projects and resources.
• Will be place in Jakarta.
