Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized banking services and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate banking sector.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
• Analyze clients' financial status and provide tailored banking solutions, including loans, treasury services, trade finance, and other corporate banking products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement financial solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
• Assess and monitor the financial health of clients, identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including loans, trade finance, and treasury services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
