Commercial Strategic Development Manager
Responsible for all sales activities and achievements from dealers nationwide.
Analyst sales against Dealer stock in monthly basis to recommend proper stock to support sales achievements.
Monitor and review Dealer marketing activity plan and report on monthly basis to ensure Dealer can carry-out properly.
Collecting and organizing sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Creating regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, identify improvement areas, and measure sales strategies' effectiveness.
Presenting complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
Collaborating with Senior Sales Manager to forecast future sales based on historical data and market trends.
Monitoring forecast accuracy and making adjustments as necessary.
Evaluating the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Conducting ad hoc analysis to investigate specific sales-related issues or challenges.
Monitoring competitors' pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
Providing sales representatives with performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or other relevant majors.
Experience as a Business Development Analyst or as a Key Account Analyst for at least 5 years. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. Knowledge in Power BI would be advantageous.
Knowledge in SAP is required.
Advanced communication in English.
Able to travel frequently for business.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Excellent team and time management skills.
