Your Role and Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing complex engagements, developing intellectual capital, defining methodology, and increasingly as they attain IBM executive positions, acting as mentors to complex engagements.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet client requirements and timescales and that hypotheses and conclusions are tested through experience gained on previous engagements and through the development of intellectual capital. Identify and close new business. Regularly review client contracts & plans and agree changes in scope with the clients to meet IBM profit objectives.
You are expected to establish relationships with clients at all levels, particularly with individuals in clients who have expert knowledge of their own and industry/market processes.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
Broad knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and deep knowledge of clients' businesses are required to help grow the Oil & Gas segments.
Has 15 years of experience in a Sales role / Business Development role, especially in Consulting services sales / IT sales
At least 5 years of experience in Consulting Management / Consulting Technology and complex systems integration.
