Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in defining and promoting our brand. Working closely with diverse teams, you'll lead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads efficiently, and contribute to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams or stakeholders, including product team, telesales team, sales team, partnership team, head of business, UI/UX team, aftersales team, etc, to ensure project management going as expected and enhance brand consistency & alignment.
  • Channel Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Event, Blog, Analytics, Creative, etc. Ensure seamless integration and alignment across various marketing channels, also between marketing channels and the external stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive leads conversion.
  • External Brand Collaboration: Maintain partnerships with external brand collaboration partners, such as Gartner.
  • Maintain to achieve target: Brand awareness, SQL, budget spending, and effective coordination among all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms and familiar with SEO, SEM, Social Media, Event, Blog, and other marketing channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and marketing best practices.
