Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the Board of Directors, including variance analysis and trend analysis.
• Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage and oversee financial operations within the manufacturing plant.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and cost efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in a Big 4 or Audit Firm is advantageous.
• Proven experience in finance roles within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong analytic skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
