Job summary

A leading executive search firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Treasury Manager with extensive experience in financing arrangements and treasury management. The role involves managing relationships with banks and subsidiaries, overseeing treasury transactions, and preparing management reports. Candidates should possess a degree in Finance or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of treasury experience in sizable companies, along with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years treasury experience with a sizable company.
• PRC working exposure and prior experience on bank loan arrangements are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project loan/financing arrangements for PRC subsidiaries.
• Liaise with banks and PRC subsidiaries on banking and funding requirements.
• Handle daily treasury transactions, including loan compliance and cash pooling.

Job description

• Participate in project loan / financing arrangements for PRC subsidiaries, including negotiation with banks and legal documentation
• Liaise with banks and PRC subsidiaries on various banking and funding requirements
• Review and analyze cash flow forecast and monitor liquidity position of subsidiaries for control and planning purpose
• Handle daily treasury transactions including loan compliance and administration, capital injection, cash pooling, fund transfers and intercompany loans etc
• Prepare regular treasury reporting package for management review

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• At least 7 years treasury experience with sizable company
• PRC working exposure and prior experience on bank loan arrangement are an added advantage
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
