A leading IT company in Hong Kong is seeking a Security Test Lead to oversee testing services for impactful IT projects in the pension industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security testing, defining test strategies, and leading teams, alongside degrees in computer science and industry certifications. This role demands strong analytical skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese, contributing to vital security assessments and ensuring project quality.
• Lead the IT delivery team in providing testing services for application development, enhancement, and maintenance of large-scale, mission-critical IT projects in the Pension Industry.
• Define detailed test strategies and approaches for assigned testing functions, ensuring all testing collateral such as Test Plans, Test Cases, and Status Reports meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Platform Architects to establish testing platforms, including Testing Lifecycle Management Applications and Test Automation Platforms.
• Prepare test cases and data based on system analysis and design documentation.
• Perform Quality Control and Testing within the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support test planning activities, including effort and resource estimation.
• Participate in bug triage to assess bug impact, severity, and priority.
• Report issues and follow up on resolutions according to the project methodology.
• Lead the security testing services for application development, enhancement, and maintenance of critical IT projects, including SRAA, PIA Assessments, Audits, Penetration Testing, and Security Scanning.
• Define test strategies for security testing functions, ensuring quality of all testing deliverables.
• Design, configure, and execute security tests within the SDLC.
• Support test planning activities, including effort and resource estimation.
• Collaborate with teams to collect data for test reports.
• Present findings, detailing vulnerabilities, severity levels, and remediation recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
