A leading logistic company in Hong Kong seeks a Test and Technical Support Engineer. Qualifications

• Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle user support requests.
• Assist users to carry out UAT and collect feedback.
• Maintain user manuals and conduct user training.

Test and Technical Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and handle user support requests.
• Follow up and provide solution to ensure stable product operation.
• Assist R&D department to locate and analyze product problems, propose effective rectification plans.
• Collect product requirements and change requests.
• Assist users to carry out UAT and collect feedback.
• Maintain user manuals. Conduct user training, both onsite and online.
• Monitor system operation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Non-degree graduate with relevant working experience will also be considered.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong teamwork spirit. Eager to learn and solve problems quickly.
• Familiar with MySQL and MongoDB. Proficient in SQL statements.
• Understand test theory, process and method. Hands-on experience in testing is preferred.
• Knowledge in Linux operating system and various commonly used Unix-like commands. Hands-on experience in Linux operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge in scripting with Perl, Python and shell languages.
