• Perform system diagnosis and investigation during the project cycle
• Build a trusted relationship with our clients and account executive in order to provide practical guidance in the functional and technical aspects of the proposed software and set proper expectations to ensure customer satisfaction

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in system administration and VMware support
• Experience in projects management or coordination will be an advantage
• Experience in financial industry will be an advantage
