Job description

• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
• Building monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability
• Analyze logs, test production environments, and respond to any issues by automation
• Running our infrastructure with IaC and CI tools, like Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
• Reduce silos between different departments and prevent only specific individuals are capable of handling tasks.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in computer programming, analysis, and design is required.
• Solid understanding of features and capabilities of AWS Cloud platform
• Experience in system administration and scripting in UNIX, LINUX and Window Server
• Work experience in a cloud environment and automation development / operation
• Monitoring tools such as Prometheus Monitoring, like Grafana / AWS CloudWatch etc.
• Excellent communication and written skill including Chinese and English
• Capable of managing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing issues independently
