Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a qualified banking software developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves designing and developing business applications, supporting current systems, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and strong skills in Oracle/MySQL, along with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with Mandarin as an advantage.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in software development.
• Experience in banking industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Oracle / MySQL database, Windows or Unix / Linux servers, PL/SQL, stored procedure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Fast paced, organized, independent and detail-minded.
• Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel (e.g. China).
