Job summary

A technology firm is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to aid in the implementation and support of EBS ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Studies, at least 5 years of ERP Oracle experience, and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include project coordination, user support, and training, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with end users.

• Co-ordinate with team members to execute implementation tasks.
• Perform existing system’s updates, maintenance, support & trouble shoot.
• Understand and collect users requirements and feedback.
• Interact with end users to provide application and technical consultancy.
• Provide help desk support and solution to Office end users.
• Deliver information system training to end users.
• Maintain good working relationship with users.

Job Requirements
