Job summary

An executive search firm is looking for an ESG Manager to plan and implement sustainability initiatives. This role involves conducting assessments, developing the company’s ESG policy, and enhancing communication on sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, significant experience in sustainability practices, and is proficient in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in sustainability and/or environmental.
• Experience in sustainability of ESG related reporting including relevant standards.
• Working experience in the hospitality; event & exhibition industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and review the ESG policy for the Company.
• Conduct sustainability and carbon management assessments for corporate ESG reporting.
• Drive the effort in sustainability communication, both external and internal.

Job description

• Plan, develop, implement and review the ESG policy for the Company
• Develop and review the baseline and set action areas for carbon footprint tracking
• Conduct sustainability and carbon management assessments for corporate ESG reporting, including data collection, analysis and verification
• Carry out the carbon audit, energy audit, assurance and assessments
• Conduct ESG/Sustainability research, benchmark and prepare relevant research findings
• Drive the effort in sustainability communication, both external and internal; to promote external corporation's leadership image and to instill the culture internally
• Perform otherad hocduties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Environment Science disciplines or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in sustainability and / or environmental
• Working experience in the hospitality; event & exhibition industry is an advantage
• Experience in sustainability of ESG related reporting including relevant standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
