Description

Your responsibilities as the HR Officer (Senior) will include:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal, leave administration, recruitment and selection, etc. ;
• Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary revision etc.;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
• Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. career talks, employer branding activities, system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities;
• Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
