Job Description

• Work with a team of designers and engineers to understand clients’ requirements, to propose and create remarkable digital solutions that deliver both business goals & user experience.
• Gather and consolidate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories, wireframes and mockups
• Prepare high quality design deliverables (such as user stories, acceptance criteria, design system, wireframe, mockup, prototype) within time constraint
• Facilitate qualitative and quantitative research activities such as stakeholders interview, end-users interview, ideation workshop, concept validation and usability testing
• Generate insights from research finding and propose user-centric solutions to clients
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of the project
• Prepare design material and support pre-sales activities
• Provide constructive feedback to peer team members and facilitate them to grow

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in digital interaction design or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in digital interaction design, encompassing mobile apps, websites as well as CMS design
• Solid experience in gathering user requirements, preparing design proposals and providing meaningful design to support the clients
• Fluent in using design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to apply design patterns with platform-specific design consideration
• Solid visual design know-how
• Strong communication skills
• User-centric mindset
• Experience in conducting design research activities
• Experience in loyalty solutions and working with the mainland China development team will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills
• Mature, independent and strong team player
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
