Job summary

A reputable Hong Kong listed company seeks an experienced Treasury Manager to lead project financing arrangements and manage daily treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or related fields, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This role offers an attractive compensation package and requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to liaise with banks and subsidiaries effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years treasury experience with a sizable company.
• PRC working exposure and prior experience on bank loan arrangement are an added advantage.

• Review and analyze cash flow forecast and monitor liquidity position of subsidiaries for control and planning purpose.
• Oversee daily treasury transactions including loan compliance and administration.
• Review regular treasury reporting package for management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project loan / financing arrangements for PRC subsidiaries, including negotiation with banks and legal documentation
• Liaise with banks and PRC subsidiaries on various banking and funding requirements
• Review and analyze cash flow forecast and monitor liquidity position of subsidiaries for control and planning purpose
• Oversee daily treasury transactions including loan compliance and administration, capital injection, cash pooling, fund transfers and intercompany loans etc
• Review regular treasury reporting package for management

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• At least 10 years treasury experience with sizable company
• PRC working exposure and prior experience on bank loan arrangement are an added advantage
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
