Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, management, and daily operation of technology risk management.
• Communicate and cooperate with internal units to resolve issues related to information security and technology risk management of overseas branches and affiliated organizations.
• Conduct regular IT risk and compliance assessments in overseas branches and coordinate their self-assessment processes.
• Collect key risk indicator information from overseas branches and analyze it.
• Supervise overseas branches and affiliated organizations on issues arising from regulatory inspections, audits, or other assessments, and track remediation activities.
• Influence and drive technology risk management initiatives in overseas branches and affiliated organizations in line with group policies and standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with overseas branches to stay updated on local regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigations, and industry best practices.
• Conduct technology risk and information security awareness training for staff and risk managers in overseas branches.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in IT security, risk management, system development, compliance, or IT audit within sizable financial institutions. Less experienced candidates may be considered as Analysts.
• Experience working with regional regulators and knowledge of local regulations related to IT risk is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CIA are preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Independent with strong self-initiative.
