Qualifications

Job description

• Handling assigned projects from project managers on technical implementation of security product technologies
• Ensure smooth implementation of cyber security technologies according to the proposed technical solutions
• Work with Presales Team and assist in man-effort estimation on deployment project Profession Service requirements
• Interact / front Customers and internal teams on technical implementation related issues of assigned projects; Attend internal & Customer meetings
• Guide and mentor other junior engineers in the team
• Prepare technical documentations on implemented security products
• Hand over completed implementation projects to designated maintenance and operations parties
• Validate and provide feedback on security product technical solutions proposed by Presales Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Information System
• 5 years+ working experience in IT security technologies deployment or operations
• Sound fundamental knowledge on IP networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, etc.) and operation systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills and with passion for cyber security
• Will be a plus: Experience or certification in any of the security technology products - Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA; CISSP certification; working experience in large complex projects with multiple stakeholders, Splunk
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; fluent Cantonese
