Senior Personal Banking Manager (Ref: CHD-PBM-KF-ICBCA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality one-stop retails banking services to high-net-worth customers.
• Promote bank products including investment, insurance to customers for exploring new business opportunities.
• Handle enquiries and provide professional advises to customers as well as understanding their financial needs.
• Build long-term relationships with potential customers for sustainable business growth.
• Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in retail banking industry, with solid exposures in mortgage, insurance and investment products .
• Good knowledge on AML, KYC and related banking ordinance.
• Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must and ECF (RWM)/CB is preferred.
• Good team player, result orientated with strong customer service sense.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
