Job summary

A leading bank in Hong Kong seeks a Mortgage Sales Manager responsible for achieving mortgage business targets and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in relevant fields and have at least 3 years of experience in bank mortgage products. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua is required, with a strong sales orientation and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience with bank mortgage products or property agencies.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for a lower-level role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned mortgage business target and explore new business network.
• Prepare periodical reports on mortgage loan business development.
• Handle mortgage applications and follow up until loan disbursement.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients.

• Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new client base.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years working experience with bank mortgage products or property agencies, with financial institution exposure preferred.
• Strong sales and service orientation.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Mortgage Sales Manager.
