Job Description

• Manage the team of ecommerce & digital marketing to develop, manage and implement ecommerce & digital marketing strategies to promote products, services and solutions for acquiring SME customers
• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
• Identifies and evaluates new ecommerce & digital technologies to improve business performance
• Develop media and content marketing strategies to drive relevant customers with the goal of improving purchase intent
• As business owner to manage the business performance as well as effective tracking with web analytics and other business indicators to deliver revenue target and KPIs
• Liaise with different business functions including IT, Logistics, Group legal and compliance team

Job Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills, highly entrepreneurial, sales-driven, possess a holistic understanding of a successful eCommerce business, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive results through collaborations
• Strive for the best business performance and drive growth
• Never satisfied and unwilling to stop testing mindset
• Able to effectively communicate brand’s message
• Able to extract key values and insights from dashboard and reports
• Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space and ability to think like a customer
• University Degree holder in business discipline with more than 5 years managerial experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, B2B ICT/Banking experience is preferred
